Uncle Al’s started in a kitchen, with a pile of cucumbers, a bit of curiosity, lots of salt and a stubborn belief that pickles should be even more exciting and even more delicious.

Not just a really cute brand character (shout out to our designer), Uncle Al lives and he’s always been the kind of person who thinks pickled foods are superior especially cucumbers. He grew up surrounded by pickle lovers and the joy those little cucumbers can bring.

Years later, that same joy manifested into what you see today. Small batches, proper crunch, and flavours that slap. Pickled in the North East the birthplace of industry for your pleasure!

Above everything else, Uncle Al is driven by family. He loves his nephews very much, and the business carries that same energy. It’s not just about food, it’s about doing something meaningful and sharing it with the people around him.
